You know, the problem with the CO2 and global warming isn’t that we can’t do a better job at protecting our Earth, it is that we are being told to do it the wrong way to go about it.
Who cares if we caused it? Who cares if we didn’t? IT DOESN’T REALLY MATTER!
What does matter is that we take responsibility in the waste we make, the trash we create, and most of all, tell the truth about the shifting of polution. Moving factories over seas, does not count for cleaning America’s air, becuase we shifted it to China.
Here is an amazingly right on editorial that I know you wil agree with…http://www.thewhig.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=1135689

Courts should only interperate law! So often, left leaning courts think it is their job to make law, and law is not made by the juditial system.
Air, polution, and global warming are important issues, and maybe “greenhouse gases” are bad for us, created by us, and are air polution. BUT, should the courts determine what that laws shall be? Or should they just give laws a thumbs up, or a thumbs down, and let the legistors rewrite law?
In 2007, the Supreme Court in “Mass vs. EPA” decided (5-4) that greenhouse gases are “air pollutants” and the Environmental Protection Agency is responsible for controlling carbon emissions deemed to be a public danger. Money Smart
In this case, the EPA was sued and lost. But does it mean that it is law? Or does it mean that the EPA must have the legislators re-write law, so the the court will uphold the authority of the law?

Have you made a carbon neutral website?
I don’t know if I have yet, but I am working on it. One computer, which is used for more than this website, one shared hosting account, and my carbon monoxide from breathing out. I figure my small garden of tomatoes and artichokes, along with the 4 foot high magnolia tree I planted this spring might off-set my website. I do have a California Natural backyard, which means “dirt”, so I can improve on my plantings, please check back soon.

Becoming carbon neutral website means that we have obtained a carbon offset to balance out any greenhouse gas emissions we create by running our website and back office operations. Learn more about carbon offsets and how they work at the wikiHow page on How to Buy a Carbon Offset or the Wikipedia page.
We worked with TerraPass on doing a carbon audit. They helped us measure exactly how much carbon we were putting into the atmosphere by running wikiHow:
